These Terms govern your use of The Observer (theobserversignalbot.com) and the private signals channel. By signing up or paying, you accept them.
The Observer ("we", "us") is a market-signals service operated from Dubai Silicon Oasis, a DIEZ free zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact: admin@theobserversignalbot.com.
To be completely clear: we are not a financial adviser, broker-dealer, fund, portfolio manager or virtual-asset service provider, and we are not licensed as such. We never hold, custody, receive or control your funds or crypto; you keep your assets in your own accounts and execute every trade yourself. The signals are information and education only — not advisory services, not personal recommendations.
We operate an invite-only Telegram channel that publishes market signals (entries, exits and illustrative position sizing) generated by a proprietary engine. The service is informational and educational only.
Nothing we publish is investment advice, a personal recommendation, portfolio management or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You must be at least 18 and legally able to use leveraged crypto derivatives where you live. It is your responsibility to ensure the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. Introductory pricing applies: first month at a reduced launch price, then the standard monthly rate as shown on the site at sign-up. Prices are in USD and may change for future periods with notice. Membership is invite-only and strictly capped.
Payments are processed by our payment providers — Whop (card) and NOWPayments (crypto, e.g. USDC/USDT). Access begins once payment is confirmed. If a renewal is not paid within the stated grace period, access is removed and the seat may be released.
Your invite link is personal and single-use. Do not share it, forward channel content, resell, scrape, or redistribute the signals. We may remove members who breach these terms, with no refund.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Because access is delivered immediately on payment, refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We do not guarantee profits or any specific outcome. Any performance figures are illustrative and reflect a model account, not your results. Leverage can cause the total loss of the capital allocated to a position.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The content, brand and engine are ours or our licensors'. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the channel while your membership is active.
We may update these Terms or the service; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or to comply with law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction — without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
