Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated · 20 June 2026

How cancellation and refunds work for your membership.

Immediate access & your right of withdrawal

Membership is a digital service delivered immediately on payment: as soon as your payment confirms, you receive your personal invite and full access to the private channel.

When you sign up you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that, once access is granted, you lose any 14-day right of withdrawal that may apply to you under EU/EEA consumer law (this right exists for consumers in the EU/EEA; it may not exist in your country). We record this consent.

Refunds

Because the service is delivered in full the moment you pay, payments are non-refundable once access has been granted — except where required by law, in particular if we fail to deliver the service or it is materially defective (for example, we do not provide access, or the channel is unavailable). In those cases, contact us and we will make it right or refund the affected period.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, with no penalty, by emailing admin@theobserversignalbot.com (or simply not renewing). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current paid period, after which it ends and your place is released. Renewals not paid within the grace period also end access automatically.

Crypto payments

Payments are made in crypto. Any refund that is due will be issued in the equivalent value of the same asset to a wallet you provide; network fees may be deducted.

Chargebacks & abuse

Membership is capped and invite-only. Abuse of sign-ups (e.g. cancelling and re-joining to reset introductory pricing) is not permitted; we keep a record of prior membership and resume your pricing tier accordingly.
