This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and, if you are in the EEA or UK, the GDPR.
The Observer, operated from Dubai Silicon Oasis, a DIEZ free zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller of your personal data. Contact: admin@theobserversignalbot.com.
We serve customers globally. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). For customers in the EEA/UK, we also apply the GDPR/UK GDPR to your data.
We do not store card numbers or crypto private keys — payments are handled by our payment provider.
We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Resend (email), Whop and NOWPayments (payments), Telegram (channel access & messaging), and our signals infrastructure host. Each acts under a data-processing agreement.
Some providers are based outside the EEA (e.g. the US). Where that happens, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep membership and consent records for as long as you are a member and for the period required by law afterwards (e.g. accounting). You can ask us to delete data that we are not legally required to keep.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, email admin@theobserversignalbot.com. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office, or — if you are in the EEA/UK — to your local data-protection authority.
See our Cookie Policy. The public site uses only what is strictly necessary; the member area uses an essential session cookie.
The service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
